Pumpkin Soup

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Chop and place into a pot: 

  • Pumkin
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Finely chopped ginger
  • Apple
  • Water
  • Optional: Broth/stock (500 ml) – otherwise more water

 

2. Boil for 15 minutes until pumpkin is tender.
3. Blend with a mixer everything until smooth. 

Optional: 
Add milk/cream to taste (Plant-based or Dairy)
Add salt and pepper to taste
