Thank you so much for all your hard work, and commitment, as well as for a very high quality product (bought through Abel&Cole, UK). I really appreciate also all the information on your website. I think many food buyers globally are unaware of the rationales behind organic food and if these facts and I sights were more readily available, many more would switch to organic, where possible. Climate change is now recognised as a near term "code red" threat to humanity : I hope you are able to withstand the deteriorating weather (eg more violent hurricanes) - perhaps you could add a note to your site on how you are dealing with these challenges.
